No I dont want a new cap yet atleast till I get my bird to 76 lol :p plus alot of people have not capped once yet

This isn't exactly a valid reason for the majority. Most of the people who wanted to cap have. This cap has been out for well over enough time.
And if you wanted to cap, then you should spend less time in CTF asking for gear.

but now i don't really care,
if no new cap, I'll just slowly lvl to 76
if new cap, ill just get to 76 either way, and be able to use an elite bow
