Was with a party in km3 and during boss fights, I lagged badly, when connection came back everyone's gone and mobs all cleared.
Unfortunately I was stuck, only way to move is to cast pierce. So anyway, piercing didn't get me to the locked crate spot. After about 5-7min it disappears. If this was a drop in elite tindirin, I'd be furious, thankfully it's just a locked crate.

Yeh if you cast pierce during a huge lag spike, you can get rooted in the same spot.

For some reason hitting the Quest button and then closing it seems to clear those movement freezes. I get them a lot, like when my toon gets stuck moving one direction, or can't move at all.

Interesting. I think I may have tried it, but not sure. Although, in other maps accessible from world map button, like elite rook's nest, you can just reenter/rejoin elite rook's nest and it'll take you from the start but won't reset mobs so you can run back to boss to pick up loot.

An alternative to unstuck is to "rejoin" the map via the worldmap. Not leave to another town and remake, just click on the map where your teammates are.

I happens on my warrior too. It is a pain when u got stuck in km3 or lost mage mine. I have to die to get out of this problem. I wish sts fix this

Oh I gotta try the open menu, or quest or whatever buttons. I used to get stuck where I couldn't move or couldn't stop, thus stuck at walls. But now, that doesn't happen. What happens to me now is skills get stuck, so I can't activate any skills until the ONE skill comes back from cooldown. Only instead of the usual 3 sec CD, or 8 sec CD, it's like 20sec CD. And no, the skill buttons are not grayed out. I just have to wait for whatever-skill-I-did-not-choose to come back from CD+charge. Usually it's whatever skill I stick in the top right button. I tried putting a very short CD skill in there, but it was difficult to adjust among my different toons.

So gotta try the menus idea.
