You send it today? Sts doesnt work weekends so there is just auto answer. You have to wait until Monday.

Yea so that copy n paste "thing" your talking about is just a confirmation they got your complaint, not an answer. Have some patience and realize it is weekend, they don't work. If you need four plat that badly, try downloading free plat until they answer you.

It's the weekend. You need to wait until support is back at work and gets to your ticket.

Like others said, STS doesnt work on weekend, especially saturday and sunday. I sent them tickets before and never got that text, maybe because I didnt send on weekends.
Btw using it doesnt prevent you from receiving platinum back, I tried trust me. Just give them the time you bought it, and they check and they will give you the platinum back.
