Does luck actually stack?

A long time ago it was stated that luck stacks upto 65% if you have luck lix, combo, and a leprechaun amulet.

Recently it has just come to light that damage does not stack and the max anyone can have whether you have +5 passive + 10% damage pet + veil+ Scorn 20% buff +25% damage elixor it is still only the highest value out of all those which is only 25%

Just wanted to confirm before I buy out all the luck on the market that it actually does stack.

Serancha beat me to it with the SS. Luck indeed does stack according to null_void in the chatbox convo. I have the saved SS also :D

Okay just wanted to make sure. Whats that part about there not being a cap for luck? How can you go higher than 65?

So theoretically Klaas luck (25) + Shazbot luck (25) + luck elixir from store (25) + lep (15) = 90% luck? O.o
Does the luck kit stack with a store bought elixir? If so, we're talking 115% luck. Insane...
I thought luck stacking was capped at 60 or 70.

Klaas and shaz lix don't stack with each other.

Combo lix(30%) + (luck OR klaas OR shaz OR kit elix 25%) + lep(15%) = 70%

Kit elixirs are treated the same as their plat purchased counterparts.
