Failure to connect to the servers could be the result of numerous issues. Have you checked your internet connection? Normally when players are unable to connect, there is a problem with the signal traveling between your device and the server. If you do have a secure connection to the internet, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It could be a launch failure that can be fixed this way.

sts servers are swamped. i can never go past timber animation. holy week is peak season
