Hello,

Is there anyway to transfer my account from my old iOS device to my new Andriod device? I never logged into Facebook through the game, so I know that will not work.

I'd really like for this to work because I've spent a decent amount of my own money on the game and would hate to loose all my progress.

I've emailed the support team but have yet to hear a response, I'm not sure how long these things typically take but any help would be useful as of right now.

My Case ID# is 247790

G-M for some reason I cannot reply to your PM, and not only that but for some reason my account no longer has the privileges to send a message? Worked earlier but now it doesn't, so I have no idea what the problem is.

Anyway, per your advice I tried contacting customer service twice and no one has gotten back to me, I also contacted them two days ago and have yet to hear word back.

Please help me as soon as you possibly can, this is very frustrating. Thank you.

Rip, I've had same problem with private message not available. I believe you need to have 10 posts minimum in order to use pm (you have 3). Just keep bumping your posts I guess...

Thanks jwat, customer service actually got back to me finally and helped me out and fixed everything. Thanks for your advice though

rippdwitric: I transferred my game to another device. It took customer service almost 2 weeks to respond to my email, FYI.
