In this case it would be simple arthemetic growth, if it was indeed 'exponential growth' almost every l26/27 rogue would have hooks.

Even so, an exponential growth would have been 'exponential' given a time frame everyone should have had hooks long ago.

I doubt he meant exponentially in a literal sense. And anyway when I started in 26 in December I recall only seeing maybe 5 hooks total. Now in Decimation alone there are about 15 hook rogues.
I wonder how many hooks are out there and who is hoarding them lol

Actually, now that I think, it's neither. Both would imply that a set number is dropping each (unit of time) for at least a day. The increase, in this case, is based off of luck of the draw and human interest, not a matter of series, systems, or functions.
