[Suggestion] Increasing chance of getting pet in newer chest

e.g. elite warchest iii's chance of getting talon should be better than elite warchest and elite warchest ii

a little bit spoiled request, but, considering other items inside this chest are less powerful than before, i think it is pretty fair to change it a little bit

Warchests bit messed up.

There was no such thing as Elite Warchest II, last season Elite Warchest dropped lvl35 items after the scale, now there are Elite Warchest III, so the Elite IIs are missing completely.

Normal Warchest II comes from Normal Oltgar and only in copper and gold, silver is missing from loot table. All the other normal nordr area drops Warchest without numbers.
