When will the next time the mythic weapons drop from Locke creates?

Lvl 31 weapons are discontinued.
Lvl 36 weapons are likely unofficially discontinued (as it wouldn't make sense for them to be released again).
Lvl 41 weapons have no official word (no time of release or even if they will exist). It is only speculation that they will be released...eventually.
