In description it says it can be found in Elite Brackenridge and Elite Rooks Nest. And I haven't seen anyone looted it in Elite Rooks Nest. Are you sure Sts that it can be found in Elite Rooks Nest? Maybe this is a bug.

It also drops in Ydra Forest, Brackenridge Forest and I believe Ydra Outskirts (Elites) as well. I don't remember if it actually drops in rooks nest. I think it did originally.

It can be found on every elite brack and ydra map except rooks nest.
