Spacetime studio desk support aren't replying or solving my cases from now on..

i've sent 3 different cases to spacetime studio desk for some serious problem but now they aren't replying/solving it.

and i'm having three character namely killercorpse, godlydevils and zexecutionerz
can i have my cases solved
and is there any way to contact higher authority???
