how to go to tindirin :3 i finished the whole shuyal mission and others lvl 30 and that dorrick guy doesnt shows any quest

You need to be at lv34 and then you'll get a message in your post box in game. Then you have to go to Paradise Pier to talk to someone there to bring you to the expedition camp.

Go to paradise there's a person there who will transport you to that place

You do not get the quest if you are not the appropriate level. Just like many of the previous areas, such as Shuyal.
