Better yet, go into base with the witch hat or pirate hat, and say if you wave, then log off, they will go into your inventory. Base clears in 15 seconds.

In base, equip the Witch Hat or the Pirate Hat, and say to the base, "If you wave, then log out, you will get copies of them in your inventory when you log back in."
Wait 15 seconds, and you have the base to yourself.
