Rhino Twink?

Are there any guides for Rhino twinks from around level 11-17? I've noticed there the best class for around those levels. If there aren't guides, you guys have any suggested builds?

16 rhino is brutal. Can kill any class 16 and under.
Skill points: 6 Vital Force, 1 charge, 1 redemption, 4 guardian, and 3 heal. You may do 3 guardian 4 heal.
Gear: L15 Halloween Int Bone Helm and Marrow Armor.
Stats: 22 int rest dex
Forgotten Bow, L15/10 Paw, Shrunken head or Evidence bracer. Use lvl 5 Alchemist for mana regen.
Rin: Armor against bear, dmg against Mage.

2nd stat build
Stats: 32 int rest dex
Use Enchantress 4 pack lvl 10 plat pack
For regen use the plat helm, plat wand, plat bracer, and lvl 5 alchemist.
Ring: Armor against bear, dmg against Mage, and Crystal ring of life for mana regen.

Combo:
Against bear: Vital, charge, guardian redemption, heal immediately, do not stay within bears auto range. Try to kite the stomp.

Against Mage: Use Forgotten bow, Vital, charge, guardian (they usually frost then fire, guardian is to lose frost effect) and heal when necessary. Keep in auto range at all times.

Rhinos are pretty OP in twink levels. Once you get to endgame, it is almost impossible to kill str.
