My device has been perma-banned and when I emailed support they didn't do anything about it! :(

As explained to you in previous threads such as this one (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?149158-Just-got-my-device-perma-banned-for-NO-reason), our support team are the only ones who can assist with account-related queries. I'm sorry to hear that support "didn't do anything about it", but the community here on the forum cannot assist you any further.
