So I have not been able to load game for days now. Sent email and recieved case number and still nothing from STS. THIS IS FREAKING BS. Lucky i can still play on laptop or tablet, but really pisses wife off when I take away from her candy crush time.

I have NO clue what happened. I was playing 20 min earlier, had lunch, went back to open, and it just closed. Yet the game is still running a black screen in background. Still have to double click and close. To answer now, no, phone is not jail broken. I was even on phone with Apple support........so hard to say those together....... For a half hour and they were clueless. That's not ALOT there though.
