I accidentally purchased a 100k gold pack for 100p. The only way to reverse this transaction is to email support right?

Yes unfortunately that's the only way you can get your platinum back. Goodluck
They've usually been good to me about that, provided that you have the 100k at hand to transfer back.

I did this in PL a few times and they returned the plat, I highly doubt they'd say no in AL.

This happened to me too a while ago. Aslong as you dont spend a coin of that 100k you'll get the plat back. :)
