This has been brought up many times, many threads. Those health bars on mage clocks are back with a vengeance. Seems like they popping up more than ever.
It makes elite mobs a challenge!

They're also seen on rogue traps. Very confusing, imo.

Clocks, traps, veil bombs; everything gets a healthbar. Annoying at elites mostly, where one misplaced skills can aggro another mob cluster.

My fave is a shadow veil with health bar.....
