confirmed, its 5
Lvl.5 Avian Scream also cancels the stars that circle a bird's head when bears use Beckon stomp, and it doesnt kill the bird
Also cancels the frozen thing that mages use to freeze birds in place.
Mages use "Heal" to cancel root, beckon stomp, and frost
Bears use one of their screams (i know there's two..forgot which)

It's probably not canceling it and its just because the roots/stuns only last 3 seconds so it just seems like it is from the short amount of time it takes to go away on its own.

same. but rarely... i know its def not 0%. Probably like 5-10% maybe
