Hooks in elite? Dmg is way too low..

Also I've heard the jump thing is buggy.

Dont use hook in elite because its outdated to endgame players. Its' level is 26, now youre 41, such a huge gap that a legendary can make up! Its still gg for twink lvl 26 actually.

It just has red electricity on the mobs. Pretty useless when I owned them! Don't use outdated stuff in elites. Hooks are finished

Blackbeard's Nefarious Hooks = arcane dagger for rogue lvl 26. You can find it in auction at the section arcane weapon.

They say it's outdated for lvl 41 and those guilds play lvl 26 PvP ;) And yes, for lvl 26 it works great.
