how to report a player for harrasment?

So im playing as my rogue and this warrior probly a twink char lv8 calls me a noob im like why cause i dont have the best gear he just wont leave me alone how do i report him for harrashing me i dont like bullys ive never done anything to him nor have i met him just saw him in game and he targets me. Can i have the link to report him please? Thanks in advance for the help.

Mute him.

to report, use ingame report. click on character -> report -> harassment

I couldnt find him to ignor him or report him he bully me then telleport to new location

To ignore someone, go to social , then ignore. Click the bottom button. Add who u want to ignore.
