No shamrock, use any combo that you can DELETE the lucky lixer part. Also don't wear any type of big or bigger luck, and must be lv 60, no 56 farmer ( Ty for that Angel).
Oh yeah classy looter can also help.

Don't have any items or elixers that boost your chance to reroll. Elixers aren't necesary but would speed things up
