I only ask of this because I have had it for over 3 years in PL+ it's sort of my forum name also for about 4 years so. Yeah. I wouldn't do it for any other names seriously.

Nobody cares about jig or blu lol, if someone ever had these they will not give it to you, see how other threads like these go. The owners may have long left the game. If you want a name pls post it in off-topic forum because its not a discussion, besides its against forum rules. Not only you deserve/want the name, ok? So stop the looking for it.

Honestly, you are wrong here and he right.
Buying name/account isnt allowed for it has a high risk of being scammed. I understand you miss your old name and want to use it again but you must understand or consider what he said.
I can guess you know that already.
The player who used that name mustve stopped playing already. There is nothing you can do but luckily you still have the name Jig for forum.
Cero, I have the name Jig in PL for 3 years, but that isn't the point. Also I never had it in AL, I was just trying to find out who has it and we will go from there. I wasn't entirely going to buy it if it was for sale due to yes can end with being scammed, I just want to know also if it is active or not, so if it isn't then I want to know why Sts uhm yeah.

I see what jig is doing I would be curious if someone had a name I had first long in another game. Good luck jig! Maybe stg can tell you if that player is inactive etc ( Not sure if they can do that )

Yes they can tell if a name has been active or not. But even if the player isn't active anymore StS can't give the name to someone else.
My question is why didn't Jig reserve his name since he has had it so long?

There's some scenarios to this:
1. He didn't have the platinum.
2. There was another Jig in SL or DL that reserved the name for AL before he got the chance.
Those cases are not uncommon in the slightest, as I know those who have had this happen to them!
Fortunately for me, I saw an issue like this coming and reserved my names in all the STG games. :3

My name has been taken for a very long time, so why does it make a difference if I did it now or earlier. O_o I'm lazy

A while ago, a player who I'm not going to name purposely took a lot of famous PL players names out of spite and then kept them as a joke.

Yes, but I also know he's taken many names as players often used to ask him for some of them. It's quite a possibility that he did infact take Jig's name or might have encouraged somebody else to.
Heck, what are the chances of OldCoot being taken? Pretty slim!
