Hey I was wondering whats the most powerful bird build at low lvl?

Is Warbird good seeing as Board and Nail of legend pink is lvl 15 plus with armour?
or
Is pure dex bird still the best?

Tried Str bird with the best gear, it kinda sucks mages freeze me and I cant attack them lol I get blasted away by stomp
