So do armor % buffs stack? If I have 20% armor from veil and 10% armor
from glacian, will I have 20 or 30% armor?

If its the same as dmg...then no. There have been extensive tests to prove that dmg doesnt stack as we were led to believe by the creators

I guess they want us to spend endless amounts of plats to test what actually works and what doesnt work as stated in this game as they wont tell us up front. The only way to know is to test, respec, and test again

No, it doesn't stack.
I've tested myself and I do not see any increased survivability from glacian. However, that is in PvP where there are plateaus. In PvE, I have yet to test so in that case, Kalizzaa is your best source.

NO, it does not stack. It falls into the single highest buff wins category, just like DMG.
