Command words?

Okay, I was wanting to know about some command words/keys other than the ones listed
I'm also wondering if anyone was to learn them, would we even be allowed to use them?
Any other knowledge out there?

/tell name then message is to pm someone not on friends list
/r then message is to reply to a message without going to friends list (this only goes to whoever who last sent you a pm
/boot name reason is to boot someone without clicking boot
there are a few others I can't remember atm. I will let you know later.

what does /who do?

it tells you the people in the game, for example if you can't see or are in town. It will let you know if that said person is in town

Just to clarify here:

/ commands are allowed, they are to make it easier to do some things and add some new things.

Here's some of the commands
/tell name message
/reply message
/respec

There are others, type "/" for the full list.

There are no other commands besides the ones in the list when you type "/".

Almost every link I tried in that guide led me to a page not found 404 error (and specifically the commands page does that).

Commands are amazing, but I do hate it when your PMing someone, then someone PM's you while your in the middle of typing it. Because then that message gets sent to them and they wonder what the hell your talking about while the person your talking to is waiting for a reply.
