Can someone please tell me where I could find alien oasis quests and frozen nightmare quests and seller returns quests?

The alien at the beginning of the map offers them once you reach 45 and 47. The first one is to kill the two brothers on Close Encounter and the second quest is to kill the keeper on Crush the Keeper. This is on top of the cyber quests.
