Here,the Curse skill Description:85902
It says Reflecting certain percent of Damage
And here is the Sub-Upgrade:
85903
Now my Question is....
The Sub-Upgrade lowers the Damage output of the target by 10% and if the target hits me , it will reflect damage lower than 10%? Because it says Reflects the Damage TAKEN or I am wrong?

First off, reflecting damage doesn't require a target to be hit. Eg. if you are under curse and you start firing your skills to a wall, you will take damage. Combined with DoT's from fire and ice, it's the reason sorcs get so many post-mortal kills lol.
The 10% damage debuff does essentially lower the reflected damage too but it's still beneficial because it allows you to survive more and that's self explanable. :)

I believe the 10% damage reduction is a reduction in how much damage you take when you are hit, not how much the other player receives in reflected damage.

Confirmed. It reflects Lower damage to the Enemy , and Also we'll take low damage
Pros:
Low damage taken
Cons:
Low damage reflected
My testing:
Elite Wrath jaw Mob: (Main Skill Only)
1.255
2.254
3.255
Then,(Sub-Upgrade , Words of Weakening)
1.226
2.227
2.224
Indeed, for me it seems to be useless
