Native X Won't Open.

Does anyone have the problem where, when they try and open the (Native X Platinum Offers) thing, it won't open at all, like nothing happens doesn't matter how many times you click it? Like I don't know if this would be either, my phone, the game itself, or native, I can't email them, cause it could be all three of these, so I have no choice but post here.

Hopefully anyone else has had this problem and knows how to fix it? Sort of irritating how I can't do platinum offers at all. O.O

Have you checked your connection strength? It could just be caused by the browser page that opens when u select NativeX being very slow to react.

It could also be because the device is struggling to open it if you are near the limit of available RAM on your device.

Thanks doccy! I know its not my connection, and my device had a clean restore reset so I don't think it is that either, I guess I might have to email them... But it works on my iPad, so must be device related possibly..
