full dex is a suicide IMO.

the items are all right, just need to add power ring and legend braid for the rings. If you're looking for the the best of the best, pick legend ring, it costs 3-4 mil.

Thats why its a potency set :)
potency sets takes care of the mana problem (and mana pet is there too)
I have around 950 mana with this set.

The power ring and the legend ring is rare on CS so I didn't bother to put, but your absolutely right about them. :)
