This might not mean anything to the iPhone users but for people like me with the HTC Droid Incredible that uses micro SD cards its pretty big news imo. 2 Terabytes of storage opens up unlimited possibilities they can start to do with phones. I can't wait to see what they come with.

Wow, 2 terabytes! Those will cost a fortune! It's cool, but it all seriousness. Is it necessary?:)
Lol.... This is crazy. It holds more then my laptop hard drive and it is scarcely thicker then a sheet of paper. I would probably value these at around 700 bucks an sd card considering 2 tera hard drives cost around 300 dollars. The SSD Version of 2 tb is worth around 700? so actually these might go for 1.4 grand lol. Empty those wallets folks. Don't you want your phone to hold more data then you could ever imagine?

No probably not because flash based memory is still the fastest to upload and withdraw data. Which is why they chose it, making the iphone and all other ios devices appear so smooth.
