yes of course but you have to find party for it. (I really hate soloing for lvlin) You can get quick pugs in tindirin wilds. It is quicker, easy, gives more xp

kt means kragg tombs not kraken mines. You may skipped a kraken isels quest also kill grimmr and complete power of glepnir quest.

Run elites. Pug elite wilds. You will lvl quick. Also map 4 and 5 regular.
