THE CHALLENGE
TEAM A CHALLENGE
Two members of Team A will run Elite Oltgar Keep (Nordr) duo - two person party.
Four members of Team A will run Elite Tindirin [Caves of Tarawea] - full party.
All six members must be present to qualify towards total guild time; however, you can mix-and-match your party to get fastest map time. Note that the fastest time may not necessarily qualify towards your total guild time.

TEAM B CHALLENGE
Two members of Team B will run Elite Palm Rock (Kraken) duo - two person party.
Four members of Team B will run Elite Forest Breach (Shuyal) - full party.
All six members must be present to qualify towards total guild time; however, you can mix-and-match your party to get fastest map time. Note that the fastest time may not necessarily qualify towards your total guild time.

3.675 Million Gold + 1,320 Platinum!

1st Prize: 600k Gold Total (50k per player)

1st Prize: 200k Total Gold (100k per player) + 60 Platinum (30 platinum per player)

3rd Prize: 50k Total Gold (25k per player)

Fastest Time in Caves of Tarawea (full party)
1st Prize: 400k Total Gold (100k per player) + 300 Platinum (75 platinum per player)

Fastest Time in Palm Rock (Duo)

RULES
1. All runs must be completed "pure." This means, no elixirs (Reroll elixirs are allowed), and no Platinum revives.
2. No Arcane pets will be allowed.
3. No Arcane items will be allowed.
4. Screenshots must be submitted with all players present in screenshot. At least one member must say their guild name for the screenshot to qualify. See examples below
5. For timed runs to qualify, only submissions for each of the two teams with all six players present will be considered. Runs that do not qualify towards guild time will be considered for fastest run prize categories.
6. Teams cannot swap members. Team A members must run Team A maps, Team B members must run Team B maps.

I am a bit disappointed that there are only two guilds registered at this point. I will allow additional registrations, but only the guilds currently registered will be eligible for Platinum prizes. Late entries will be eligible for Gold prizes only.

Remember that only runs in which all 6 members are present in the two maps will count towards guild time.

I.E.:

Palm:
Player 1
Player 2

Forest Breach:
Player 3
Player 4
Player 5
Player 6

This combination of runs would count towards guild time


The following combination would not:

Palm:
Player 1
Player 2

Forest Breach:
Player 1
Player 4
Player 5
Player 6

The reason is that Player 3 was not represented in either of the two runs, and Player 1 was represented twice. So in this case, even if this Forest Breach run was your best, it would not count, unless, you had a follow-up run in Palm where Player 3 replaced Player 1.

Basically, in English, this means that out of all the various runs your Team does, only the times where the two players that are running duo are not involved in the full party runs will be used in combination. It does not matter who runs duo, just that those two cannot be used for the other map.

Now, I hate to respond with technobabble, but here is the logic that I am applying:

Step 1: For each team member in Team A, assign a bit value for each player (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, respectively for each of the six players in the team).
Step 2: Load a list of all the duo runs, get a bit value for the members of the run (for example Candylicks is assigned bit 16 for Team B and wvhillz is assigned bit 8, so a run with the two of you together is assigned 24).
Step 3: Assign bit values for all the full party runs and return a list.
Step 4: Match up combinations of the two lists (duo runs and full party runs) only where all six players are present (i.e., all bit positions are represented where the total value is 63). In the previous example, that means you would be matched with the players assigned to 1, 2, 4, 32 (run membership value of 39, because 24+39=63)
Step 5: Sum up the times of all matching runs and sort the result by total time.
Step 6: Repeat these steps for Team B.
Step 7: Sum up the lowest total time for Team A and Team B to get the Total Guild Time.

Well i dont know about yesterday, but today the lag beast has returned! First i feel invincible. I run and run, shoot, nothing happens, then suddenly mobs pop up out of nowhere and im dead...

I think I broke a few health potions consumed records and I have definitely developed some pretty ridiculous finger muscles. I will send additional gold over to Hect to make sure you get your prize money and I asked Remiem to transfer 30 plat from my account to put into yours.

Candy should keep the plat due to my screw up and I should be the one to pay.

I don't take personal screw ups lightly and I will make this right.
