I saw a level one in belfort his name was "LookatmyKills" and he had 500 Kills at his level lol?
I wonder how he done it, anyone know?

Disabled exp gain and just killed stuff
LOL..Can you do that :| forever and still get kill count

I have deleted a level 3 character with 1000 kills. I was running a test and wanted to see what the best possible loot was for the tutorial that could drop. Nothing orange, green, purple, or pink ever dropped.

Yes, you can. Most people want to level, but there are reasons for freezing your level. Particularly for alts.

^^^ Like PvP. People stay certain low levels for their pvp builds but for whatever reason they might want to run some dungeons on their low level.
Or if your leveling with friends/family. You can freeze your xp if they are never on and you have the epic urge to play.
Drops. Certain levels get certain drops, and when a lvl 10 item goes for more then 700k compared to a lvl 14 for 100k then the reason is obvious.
