1- Contact Supports.
2- I already tried to change from FB log in to Email log in. Doesn't work. They can't.

You want to change your forum email id or your in-game log in id? changing an email id for in-game log in is easy. Just go to ingame menu> nexus> account.
But I don't know how to change from FB to email log in. I never tried FB log in to game.
Edit: Oh sorry.... Transfer...hmm...
I guess that Email id is already registered In SL system right? Well then you can contact support for help. Otherwise That was an easy method to change to a new email id.
