lvl45 or 51 bird?

I like full dex fun ^_^!
but is 45 or 51 better? which do you prefer ?? and please support with a build :DD and what items!! i have 500k for gear TELL ME IF ITS ENOUGH THANKS :) and is it better as a nuke or dodger :D:D

i say 45 is better because birds have that 12m shots with ballista and it's easier to win at that lvl range i believe.
51 can be either pure dex or str/dex. in my opinion you should stay 45 since bears literally dodge 3/4 if not all of your attacks in lvl51.
