Provide some input please.
I just dropped my Expedition Shield, which worked great for its time. I picked Conq Wall as it had better stats and same proc as Dim Targ. Is there a Difference in Proc rates that make the Targe better?
I am still leveling at 33, so I am a one weapon horse, and besides that I have very little coin.
