Which pieces gives the set bonus?
Could I rock Force cutter, Jacob helm, kite shield, and Power armor to get the set bonus?
Or it only has to be Scimitar and Skull shield?

Yes and no. Yes because it has a spec of soul drain, which lowers the opponents armor. No because the damage sucks on it and plus players can kite you.

No, It happens on its own. Every time you hit the target you get a chance to lower their armor. Theres no limit to how much you can lower so you can get bosses to zero armor. It takes either 1, 2, or 5 armor at a time. Don't remember how much exactly. When it does hit, above their heads it says "Soul Drain"
