paladin skillz???

Im a lvl 50 bear and i wanna be a paladin cause of there awsome skills if i do, then what would the attributes and skills be for both pve and pvp but pvp 60% and pve 40%

i need at least 158 str in total so make it so it has 158 and put rest on int?? or dex?? or everything on str??

Bear Paladins are not very good at 50 because of the lack of weakness proc from the best weapons. At 45 they were great though, because you could cause your own terror combo.

Level 50 paladins have at least 158 strength. Most common Paladin builds is 158 strength and 95 intelligence.

Well you have 2 options,
and either full str,
or 158 str and rest int for skill damage

You want to max out blessings, fire, lightening, drain life, nightmare, weakness, heal... I max frostbite because everyone runs in pvp and it does a good bit of damage when maxed. I have 1 in mana shield and resurrect and just threw the last two in frostbite

Frostbite is also insta-freeze, so fireblast combo can be used in PvP.

Thats a max damage build. If you plan on PvPing I would take 5 out of icestorm and it it into Frostbite.

Yeah, I went all the way on frost bite. I keep two in frost storm for pve and just to have a little extra back up freeze

I actually dumped mana shield completely and put 5 into frost bite and ice storm.

How about 1 mana shield. 1 frost stormm and max frost bite? Or would you rather suggest 1 bite and 5 storm?

Depends on what build you are going for. Lower mana shield is once you get comfortable with your survivability. Ice Storm maxed is a PvE build(ish). Max Frost Bite is basically a PvP build

Mostly concerned with pve. I dont think i'll ever do pvp. So 0 fbite or get at least one for extra freezing?

If you are never going to enter PvP then put 5 into Ice storm and the leftovers into Mana Shield.

ok im going to be doing both but mainly pvp so what should i do then? im gonna play on my bear till it has rift set then stash it over to my pally so i would only do pve for like maybe christmas items or stuff like that whatever new content i guess comes out

PvP build. When you do both you always want to do a PvP build. You can't sacrifice that for a PvE build and expect to ever get a kill in PvP. PvP builds are still good in PvE because they have higher armor and in some cases higher 1v1 damage so faster bosses.

Couldn't agree more. Just started pvp with my pally, and I was getting creamed until I respec'ed and maxed out frost bite. I have one point in mana shield just in case for pve, but I pretty much hate using the shield because it drains mana too much. So far I haven't used the shield in pvp. Ice storm is pretty useless in pvp, too, except maybe for combos, but I have a couple of points in it for pve.

Same here too. Only difference I have in that build is 1 ice storm. Putting extra points into it is useless since your only get 10 extra damage per level. Then I put 2 into mana shield, I used to have one but since it drains mana so quickly, I decided the additional +2 armor would help out with the mana pool.

On a level yes and on a level no.

Yes because it drains your mana leaving you useless for the next battle, plus birds break right through the sheild.
No because it can save your butt in PvP. I would use it still if you are outpowered in combo casting speed.
