Ok I bought 75 platinum last night and purchased all the expansions , I Got charged for buying the packs and didn't get credit in game for what I paid for. I spent 3 hours searching for a customer service phone number and can't find one....arhgg total frustration doesn't help to start a new experience. one area is not unlocked even though I purchased it repeatedly, can't remember the name (little pink one at the bottom before the swamp)....the whole point to buying platinum in the first place was to budget paycheck and see if I liked the game..n
