MISSION:
We are a group of friends that have been playing together for so long now we consider ourselves a family. We are dedicated to our guild and will help one another in every way possible. We promote fair play in pvp, hard core elite runs, and running record leaderboards. If you are tired of being bullied in end game pvp or pve, this is the place for you.

RULES:
We dont like to hold our members back with a long list of rules, but something simply will not be tolerated.
1) No begging/scamming anyone anywhere. No begging in guild chat or in towns. Scamming will never be tolerated.
2) Do not take yourself to seriously! We are a group of adults that loves to have fun together.
3) No drama. If you loved high school gossip this is not the guild for you.
4) We conduct ourselves with honor in pvp. We do not Spawn kill or Spot block. This will never be acceptable in this guild. If people are spawning or blocking, just leave. Keep trash talk to a minimum.
5) Be respectful and curious to fellow guild members. If an issues arises take it to guild hall and do not spam guild chat. Ask an officer to assist you in settling the dispute.

HOW TO JOIN AND BE PROMOTED:
To join the guild you must have the paragon title (10,000 Achievement Points) and be level 40 or higher.
To become a recruiter you must have 12,000 Achievement Points and either 40,000 pve kills or 1,000 pvp kills.
To become an officer you must first be nominated by an existing officer. After you are nominated the rest of the officers will either vote you in our out.

So I think I can safely say that Shift, for the most part, is disbanding after a very brief run. The premise of a guild with only capped, experienced players was nice, but I feel that it was flawed in that, as we were all geared, highly-skilled players, there was very little need to actually help each other out. This cut down on guild interaction/bonding/loyalty, and we eventually started bleeding members from our already small member pool.

If you're wondering where we're headed, a large portion of us are moving to <Aeterna>, some of us are returning to try and revive <The Lost Immortals>, others are joining new guild <Tranquil>, and a few of us are branching out on our own.

Thanks to everyone who joined. You helped make Shift a great little elite guild while it lasted.
