How do I establish connection to the server?

After I create Rogue and save the village from burning I go through the portal. I killed the first boss then the second boss. The third boss is imposisble so I went back to town. I did all of the quests I killed the bosses and I talked a little in town but im ready to move on. Does the third boss have weakness to fire or another skill Im waiting in the dungeon so I dont have to restart and kill the smaller enemies again I have no potions Ill leave my computer on until I get answers

Im stuck on boss 3 but i can not win I cant connect
How do I ( cant establish connection to the serber )
I was able to play yesterday Im in the same location but it wont estblish the connection to the server what is wrong?

I cant play but my sister can and shes leveling up So im taking her phone and she can play on mines help her connect while i play arcane legend Shes my sister she is lonely has nothing to do Ill play until I get answer
