? Npc... Cyber quest

So I've done keeper about 15 times in a row with out seeing the Npc in shadow room... Normal? I need to talk to that lanky ack. Haha I used to see him all the time. Now... Obviously not

That's strange I see him 4 out of 5 times where King Mynas spawns but in different areas there.

He's same as before as far as I can tell. I have no luck waiting for him. Instead I pop into mostly completed Keeper games and viola! There he usually is. Except for one night, when it seemed he was MIA. Must have been napping. Friend finally found him though, so all was right with the world.

I found out how to spawn him almost every time.

He will usually spawn after you clear shadow room a couple of times. I cleared King Mynas once and shadows two times. After Mynas died he appeared right in front of me.

you must only wait....
in some games he is here when u enter.. some games u wait 5-10min, but he spawns in every game!
