1.Go to the blackstar command deck or Planet Voleria
Enter Base
2.Find Baron Blut
3.Talk to Baron Blut
He will ask a question The answer is Letter B or the Middle Word
4.Then You Will Have Fangs of Dark Legends

It's called Chrome Jetpack and it was obtained during the special event from combining all 3 Jetpacks. I don't think we can do it now...

There is also the Veteran armor obtained from the stash

1 month reward is the helm
2 months reward is the armor
3 months reward is boots
6 months reward is sleeves
12 months reward is pack

And cause I like donating my crap I usually give away a vanity/weapon/credz whenever I say "WHOES feeling LUCKY????" so if you find me when I'm saying that you might get lucky and score a jacket or a shirt ^^
