level 23??

Okay so recently every game i join on my lvl 20's are filled with lvl 23... Is that like the new level??

I think they were three levels too late in turning off xp.

Most of them either need extra stat points to do a duel build or are just trying to get an edge.

it's the free plat thing. people are able to purchase the next campaign. so max level they can get is 23 i'm guessing:)

Actually It is a form of Anti-twink u see what a lot of people do they lvl up past normal twink lvl and kill twinks for various reasons.

Usually they get 24 though.

Depends 23 is easier due to lvl cap

Being level 23 has numerous reasons. One being unfunded dual specs as mentioned earlier and the anti-twinks that have recently rose up. I'd like to add that perhaps some have developed builds that require the 22 skill points that this level provides. Every pvper has his/her reasons for being any level.
