PL announced on Facebook that it got overloaded because too many people were on it, just wait a little bit, they said they're taking care of it.

It was announced that it was taken off do to bugs on the android PL OS. Although they said their going to be bringing it back ASAP.

It's actually disabled on both platforms for now. Tapjoy is working on resolving the issue.

Pretty sure that's not really Spacetime's call, it's Tapjoy's problem, so you'd be better off asking one of their representatives.
