No I mean when I load AL on chrome, it loads but then it crashes and then a white puzzle piece with a sad face on it pops up.

Ik, and tbh, i have no clue how to fix this. I usually just refresh and it works for me. But that is just my internet being weird XD

I'm guessing that you are missing a web browser plugin
I dunno which you're missing, but i hope this can help you google a solution to it

This sounds like Shockwave flash plugin crashing or not working. Go to chrome://flags and make sure you have it enabled.
