Help finding Tindirin/Expedition Base Camp

Greetings everyone,

I have beaten every stage of Shuyal. I have looked around the stage of the last boss of Shuyal (the 3 minute enrage boss) and couldn't find a way to expedition base camp.

Is it a quest I have to complete? What am I missing? I'm lvl 40 FYI.

Go to any town, look in the mailbox, and follow the orders.

Go to paradise pier, near the bridge... u can find the portal there
