It's quite evident offers are never enough and if you dont'live in USA(good bless Amerika) you will get less o no offers.

Couple weeks ago i read a thread that said it was possible to change ip address and the server my device refers to. The US servers are the one's i am aiming for.

It was also promised this will grant me new offers but since the thread got blocked and moved i am quite dubting the effetiveness of this thing.
So i wanna know if:

1. This works?
2. This legal irl?
3. This is or is not against the TOS?

Lately ive seen more and more threads like this, theres even one made a few hours ago called "is this true?"
