Personally I believe a guild is not needed till they are actually implemented in game, and who knows when that will be... so I'd focus on getting your gear and whatnot to become a worthy addition to any future guild you plan to join. I must admit however estraz's guild is pretty dang awesome.

Once you hit lv 50 join AEO :) I believe it's the biggest guild in PL.
